Caroline Charles has pioneered British fashion for more than 40 years.
She began her career in 1963 and today her designs are sold in boutiques throughout the UK and in major US, Europe and Australian fashion stores.
In the Seventies she served as a design consultant for Marks & Spencer, a collaboration which continued for two decades.
She dressed Emma Thompson when she picked up her best actress Oscar in the Nineties, and included Diana, Princess of Wales, Jerry Hall and Liza Minnelli among her clients. In 2002, the year her company celebrated its 40th anniversary, she was awarded an OBE.
