If you’re blessed with smatterings of freckles, this is your moment – they are officially in.
Freckles were seen on the bridges of models’ noses at Sass & Bide, Moschino Cheap & Chic, and at House of Holland, they even covered the body.
HELLO! Online frantically snapped pictures and took notes backstage at the show as St. Tropez’s Global Skin Finishing Expert Nichola Joss perfected the ‘Geek Chic tan’ with a paintbrush.
"This Geek Chic tan is for the grungy LA girl who wants a glow without ever looking like she’s tried too hard," she told us.
"We’re embracing freckles for perfectly preppy skin."
Starting with a super fine layer of St Tropez Self Tan Brozning Mist to create an even base, Nichola then used an acrylic paintbrush to flick Instant Glow Wash off over the shoulders.
She then added a few precise sun-kissed spots with an eyeliner brush.
After getting their faux glow from Nichola, models were then rushed to M.A.C. stations, where make-up artists worked on the sun-kissed look by using a smoky brown eye and bleached out brows.
And Babyliss created ‘90s disco grunge’ hair.
The tousled tresses were pretty and feminine but had an edge courtesy of a bold centre parting and a slightly messy, bedhead look that added movement to the manes.
A slick of polish at the roots finished the look.
